Clients are eligible for a refund only within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided no major work has been executed or delivered. If a project has already begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed, at our sole discretion.
2. Refund Timeline:
All eligible refund requests must be made in writing via email to our official support channel within the 7-day period. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
No refund will be processed after 7 days from the payment date.
If the client delays providing necessary inputs, causing project stagnation.
If the client is unresponsive for more than 7 days after service initiation.
Once the service has been delivered or marked complete.
In cases where third-party tools, platforms, or services have already been purchased or committed on the client’s behalf.
In case of dissatisfaction after work has been completed as per the agreed scope.
4. Project Cancellation by Client:
If a client voluntarily decides to cancel the service mid-way, no refund will be provided. However, in exceptional cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of project development and effort invested, as determined solely by Aarya Fintech.
5. Project Cancellation by Aarya Fintech:
In rare instances where Aarya Fintech has to cancel a project due to internal issues or unavoidable circumstances, a full or proportional refund will be initiated depending on the work status and agreements in place.
6. Change of Service Scope:
If the client wants to change or modify the service after the project has started, it may affect delivery timelines and may incur additional charges. Such changes do not qualify for a refund under this policy.
7. Communication and Dispute Resolution:
We believe in resolving concerns professionally. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to reach out to us via email or phone. Our team will evaluate the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
8. Final Decision:
All refund decisions are subject to the review and approval of the Aarya Fintech management team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or provide partial refunds based on the circumstances and evidence provided.
